Payment Arrangements
Fees will vary depending on the extent of your problem and type of treatment received. If the doctor feels you are a candidate for chiropractic care, an x-ray, neurological and orthopedic exams may be advised. Upon review of your findings, treatment recommendations will be provided.
Dr. Bertrand is a member of most of the insurance health plans. If you have chosen a plan that provides chiropractic care, we are most likely on your plan.
Our fees are determined by the insurance industry. Your insurance policy should cover any expense you will incur at our office. An explanation of your coverage will be provided on your second visit. We charge co-payments and deductibles if you have chosen a policy that requires us to do so. Flexible payment arrangements are available if you do not have chiropractic insurance coverage. We accept cash and checks.
Insurance and injury claims
Our insurance billing specialist is trained to quickly and accurately verify your insurance benefits for care. Personal Injury and Workers Compensation cases are billed directly to the appropriate insurance parties. Medicare clients are also welcome.
